1. Prepare lukewarm water.
Fill a sink or bucket with water that’s slightly warm — not hot.
2. Add baby shampoo or hair conditioner.
Use one tablespoon per liter of water. This relaxes the cotton fibers.
3. Soak the shirt for 20–30 minutes.
Let the fibers fully absorb moisture.
4. Gently remove excess water.
Press (don’t wring) the shirt and roll it inside a towel to absorb the rest.
5. Stretch evenly.
Lay the shirt flat on another towel and gently pull the sleeves, sides, and hem in all directions. For even results, pin it down or use weights at the corners.
6. Let it air dry naturally.
Avoid using a dryer — heat will undo your work.
