RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

OVERVIEW
Because many of our items are fulfilled internationally through fulfillment partners, return shipping can be costly and transit times can be long. For this reason, we generally do not accept returns for change-of-mind reasons (including sizing/fit preferences).

This policy is provided in addition to any statutory consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.

1) ALL SALES FINAL (CHANGE-OF-MIND)
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind reasons once an order is delivered, including but not limited to:
- sizing or fit preference
- style preference / expectations
- “I changed my mind” / no longer needed
- ordered by mistake

Please review product descriptions and size guidance carefully before purchasing.

2) EXCEPTIONS — WHEN WE WILL HELP
We will work with you if:
A) You received the wrong item, OR
B) Your item arrived defective, OR
C) Your item was damaged in transit

If any of the above occurs, please contact us at hello@smokedtimes.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- clear photos (and/or video) showing the problem, packaging, and shipping label

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate remedy depending on circumstances and availability, which may include:
- replacement / reshipment
- partial refund
- full refund
- store credit
(We reserve the right to choose the remedy that is reasonable and proportionate to the issue.)

3) RETURNS (IF A RETURN IS REQUIRED FOR A REMEDY)
In some cases, a return may be required before a refund or replacement can be processed. If a return is required:
- We will provide the correct return address and instructions.
- The item must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn/unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
- The returned item will be inspected at the warehouse. A refund or replacement can only be issued after inspection confirms eligibility.

IMPORTANT INTERNATIONAL RETURN TERMS:
- Return transit times may be long.
- For international returns, prepaid labels may not be available.
- The customer is responsible for the parcel until it is received by the return warehouse.
- We cannot issue a refund for items lost in return transit.
- If a returned item arrives damaged, a refund may be declined if it fails inspection.

4) SHIPPING, DUTIES & TAXES
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our confirmed error/defect.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees (if any) are collected by third parties and are generally non-refundable.

5) NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unless required by law, we do not accept returns for:
- gift cards
- final sale / sale items (if marked as such)
- items showing signs of wear/use, washing, odors, stains, or missing tags/original packaging

6) EUROPEAN UNION (IF YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED INTO THE EU) — 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

- You must notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of delivery.
- You then have 14 days to send the goods back.
- Unless we explicitly state otherwise, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
- We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent them back (whichever is earlier).

(Where EU consumer law applies, it prevails over any conflicting parts of this policy.)
