1. Prepare lukewarm water.
Fill a sink or basin with water that’s slightly warm — not hot.
2. Add baby shampoo or gentle conditioner.
Use one tablespoon per liter of water to relax the fibers.
3. Soak the shirt for 20–30 minutes.
Let the fabric absorb water fully.
4. Gently remove excess water.
Don’t wring. Press the shirt between towels to remove moisture.
5. Stretch carefully.
Lay the shirt flat and gently pull from the sides, hem, and sleeves. Use weights or pins to hold shape.
6. Air dry only.
Never tumble dry after stretching — it will shrink again.
